Scopes of work includes but not limited to: maintenance and repair of Gov-furnished building; operation, repair, and maintenance of boiler; repair and alterations; and heirlooming services. Includes contaminated hospital laundry to be processed in accordance with Center of Disease Control and OHSA standards. Services shall be provided to active and retired military members, authorized family members, military units and organizations including the Medical Treatment Facility and dental clinics, National Guard and Reserve units and their members. Period of performance is 1 Oct 97 thru 30 Sep 98 with three 1-year option periods and phase-in period. This is 100% Small Business Set-aside. Tentative issue date is 19 May 97, tentative closing is 19 Jun 97. The anticipated contract type is a firm fixed-price requirements contract. There is a $20.00 charge for this solicitation.
