S -- PUMP AND CLEAN GREASE TRAPS SOL DABT47-97-B-0012 DUE 063097 POC Contract Specialist Lillian Darby (803) 751-7699 (Site Code DABT47) Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, appliances and materials and perform all work in connection with pumping and cleaning grease traps, garage type receptors, wash racks, latrine pits, and septic tanks at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. The contract will commence 01 October 1997 through 30 September 1998 and will include four option years. The contractor's equipment shall include a tank of at least 1,000 gallon capacity but not more than 3,000 gallon capacity and a vacuum jet or back flush type equipment with at least 3" suction capacity in order that traps may be pumped completely in one operation. A diaphragm type pump is considered acceptable.Tank capacity is stipulated due to small size of areas to be serviced and damage caused by larger tankers.
