This is a combination firm fixed-price/indefinite quantity contract. The contract will be for a period of 12 months for the base period. The Government has the option to extend the term of the contract for four option periods of one to twelve months. The minimum guarantee of work is the firm fixed-price portion of the contract for the Base year. The maximum collar value of the contract is the total dollar value of the fixed-price and indefinite quantity items. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business.
