This project consists of repairing flood damage to sections of USFS Road 54. The project will involve the following work: Surveying, clearing and grubbing, excavation, embankment, installing new culvert pipes to six feet in diameter and 150 ft. in length, riprap head walls and outlet aprons, construction of a reinforced soil embankment utilizing geogrid material and select backfill, drilling and shooting to produce embankment material and riprap, furnish and place crushed aggregate and hot bituminous plant mix, seeding and fertilizing (hydro mulch), WDOT type 11 traffic barriers and other miscellaneous work.
