Stern, Contracting Officer, (505) 748-8184 This project involves the construction of a 76 room student dormitory building, approximately 31,000 square feet, for the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Artesia, NM. The dormitory is a two-story, CMU block and concrete building with brick veneer, metal roof tile mansard, and 4-ply built-up roof system. In addition to the construction of the structure, the project will require the installation of underground utility tie-ins (water, sanitary sewer, and natural gas), concrete walkways, and all required electrical and mechanical work. Bid packages will be available at $50.00 per set, non-refundable. Submit a written request, citing IFB-FTC 97-17. Checks/money orders should be made payable to the "FLETC".
