Provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision necessary to provide a log type structure to house various civic organizations with storage areas, accessible bathrooms, kitchen area, large multipurpose room, porch area. The heated and cooled square footage shall be approximately 1545 square feet, with 256 square feet porch area. The contractor shall prepare full design with shop drawings depicting the construction techniques and showing compliance with Uniform Building Code. They shall provide a structure constructed of precut pretreated logs assembled on concrete slab floor system. Included shall be heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning, plumbing and fixtures, electrical lighting and fixtures, interior and exterior finishes as described in a Government prepared request for quotation. The work shall be located aboard the Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, South Carolina. The estimated range of the project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Period of performanceis 180 calendar days. Award is anticipated within 15 days after receipt of viable requests for written quotations.
