Z -- INSTALLATION/CONVERSION OF BOILER TO NATURAL GAS AT BUILDING 481 SOL N62472-96-B-3263 POC For plans and specifications call, (908) 323-2494 Synopsis. The work includes all material, equipment, labor and supervision, under a Firm Fixed Price Contract, for the removal of the existing steam distribution system including solar heating system, hot water system, piping, storage tanks, controls, etc. and installation of new natural gas fired boiler, hot water system, piping, controls, renovation of laundry room, etc. in a three (3) story barracks building. Performance period is 180 calendar days. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 1711. The related Small Business Size Standards is $7.0 million annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years.
