Rumsey, Phone (703)604-0903 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a contract modification with Lockheed Martin Wideband Systems (formerly Loral Communication Systems), Salt Lake City, UT for eight (8) satellite air data terminals, two (2) satellite ground data terminals, support equipment, spare and repair parts, and technical data for the Predator Medium Altitude Endurance Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (MAE UAV). Lockheed Martin Wideband Systems is the sole designer, developer and supplier of the Predator MAE UAV Ku-Band satellite communication equipment, and as such, is the only source with the technical expertise and required data to meet the Government's needs.
