The facilities are located in Brooklyn, NY; St. Albans, Queens, NY; Manhattan, NY; Bronx, NY; Northport, NY; Castlepoint, NY; Montrose, NY; Lyons, NJ and East Orange, NJ. The contract period shall be from the date of award through September 30, 1997 with a Government option to extend the term of the contract for an additional one (1) year period. This procurement is open to both large and small business participation. The applicable SICC is 3842. This procurement is being issued as a commercial item solicitation.
