The Navy requires one each Thermal Mechanical Analyser (TMA) Upgrade to a Model 2940 to include an exchange Model 943 Analyzer. The exchange model is located at NSWC CRANE. This requirement is being solicited on a sole source basis from TA Instruments Inc., 109 Lukens Drive, New Castle, DE 19720, since TA Instrument is the Original Equipment Manufacturer and the system must totally interface with existing Thermal Analysis System (TA2100). Delivery is F.O.B. Destination to NSWC 30 days after contract award. A fixed priced purchase order will be awarded usng Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). FAR Part 12 applies.
