requirement for a portable UV DOAS system for field use in fence-line
monitoring of stationary sources of air pollution. The system will be
used to attribute emissions of certain pollutants to those sources. The
system must be portable, designed for use in a range of outdoor ambient
temperature and humidity conditions, and listed for use by the EPA as
an equivalent method of monitoring for sulfide dioxide, nitrogen
dioxide, and ozone as of the date of the award. Parts, service, and
software support for the complete system must be available in the U.S.
The vendor must include training for EPA personnel covering the
complete operation and maintenance of the system. The vendor must also
include documentation on software operation and user-serviceable
items. Simplified acquisition procedures will be utilized.***** (0100) Loren Data Corp. http://www.ld.com (SYN# 0017 19970415\B-0002.SOL)
