The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CMHS) intends to negotiate with the Matrix Center, 10350 Santa Monica Blvd., Suite 330, Los Angeles, CA 90025 for professional services to provide expert scientific information on the long-term effects in utero exposure to methamphetamine. This award shall be made using simplified acquisition procedures. The Government reserves the right not to open this requiriement to competition based upon the responses to this notice. Technical responses and requests received as a result of this notice of intent will normally be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Interested firms must submit a clear and convincing data substantiating their capability to furnish this requirement within fifteen (15) days after the publication of this notice.
