The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a firm-fixed price sole source purchase order, for the procurement of off-site Microsoft training classes for Office Automation Service Support Center (SAM/OPA) -- Air Force Pentagon, to the Knowlogy Training Center, 105 West Broad Street, 5th Floor, Falls Church, Virginia 22046. SAM/OPA requires extensive training on Microsoft Systems. The requirement includes training in the areas of software support, remote administration, helpdesk support, Microsoft certification, station qualification/training tracking and control. The contractor shall fulfill the requirement by providing training that includes but is not limited to the following courses: Core Technologies of Exchange Server 4.0/5.0, Supporting Windows NT 4.0 Core Technologies, Support MS Windows NT Server 4.0 Enterprise, Supporting MS Systems Management Server 1.2, and Administering Microsoft Windows NT 4.0. As part of the requirement, the contractor shall provide the Government with 230 vouchers or passes to support the training of the SAM/OPA technical team. The vouchers shall be valid from the date of award through 30 Sep 97. They shall be open vouchers so that the members of the team may use them interchangeably. The entire technical team must be Microsoft certified by 30 Sep 97. The contractor shall prepare and implement a training plan (subject to user approval) detailing how he will fulfill this requirement.
