Foster Jr. Sources Sought for maintainance service support for a Picker Computed Tomography (CT) Scanner System and ancillary equipment, model# 1200 SX with the intent to set-aside for small business conerns. In the event a sufficient amount of small business concerns do not respond to this notification, this requirement may be issued on an unrestricted basis. The Government seeks companies that can provide all labor, tools, parts, materials and transportation necessary to provide preventive and corrective maintenance, calibration, and repairs for the CT Scanner. The system includes a 1200 SX CT Scanner with synerview, patient couch, generator, operator and physician console, remote consoles; a 32-bit computer with hard disk; an optical disk archival system; a paper imager; a 3-D image display package and a matrix multi-format camera. Please provide your business size. The standard industrial code will be 7629. To qualify for a small business concern, gross revenues cannot exceed $5 million for the last three fiscal years. This requirement will be for a basic year plus four one-year options. The Government may revise its acquisition strategy and solicitation requirements based on industry requirements.
