The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD) intends to procure services which will provide management, technical and financial support services to the Air Traffic Control and Landing Systems Program Office (PMA-213) within Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). This requirement also supports the Caribbean Regional Operation Center, including Foreign Military Sales. This effort will include providing technical services for the next generation of Friend or Foe Combat Identification System and Marine Air Traffic Control Landing Systems. This procurement will be conducted as a total small business set-aside under Standardized Industrial Code (SIC) 8711. This requires the contractor to be approved under this SIC Code in order to submit a proposal. The solicitation will contain a base year plus four option years averaging approximately 80,800 hours per year. Due to the nature of the Government's requirement, the contractor must maintain facilities that are located within forty-five (45) miles of the main gate on Webster Field Naval Air Warfare Center- Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD), located in Saint Indigoes, Maryland and be located within the counties of St. Mary's, Calvert, or Charles. To be considered for award, the contractor must have a secret security facilities clearance. The Navy intends to release the Request for Proposal (RFP) via the Internet.
