The previous synopsis is deleted in its entirety and is replaced with the following: NOTICE OF INTENT to negotiate and issue a firm fixed price, sole source service contract pursuant to authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2)(iii) with Social Consultants International, Inc.(SCI) for monitoring, assessment and evaluation services to the National Guard Bureau's Youth Programs Division ChalleNGe effort. Contractor must use Microsoft Office standard software and maintain electronic mail and facsimile capability with the ChalleNGe program's 15 state locations. Sociological evaluation, database management, budgeting, statistical analysis, and weekly, monthly and annual summary reports are required, including charts and graphs suitable for executive and Congressional level presentations. Service period requested is for one year with four one- year options. This synopsis is a NOTICE OF INTENT andshould not be considered an RFP. NO SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED.
