This is a small purchase set-aside. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development is seeking sources to perform comprehensive physical inspections on multifamily properties. It is the intention of HUD to issue a solicitation to the service and award multiple blanket purchase order type contracts. Interested bidders must possess recent experience, within the last 3 years, such as (1) construction inspector for multifamily properties for determining compliance with construction requirements, (2) superintendent of construction for a builder of multifamily properties, (3) fee inspector performing construction inspections for HUD, (4) municipal building or code inspector, or (5) have a record of performing acceptable HUD multifamily property inspections.
