Proposals are being solicited to perform Clinic Housekeeping Services at the Health Care Clinic at Andersen AFB, Guam. The contractor shall provide all personnel, tool, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Clinic Housekeeping Services. Services include by are not limited to: floor maintenance (to include tile and carpet); trash removal; glass cleaning; wall cleaning; cleaning of HVAC ducts and grills; floor to ceiling dusting; and as needed emergency response cleaning services and infection control. The government anticipates utilizing negotiation procedures and the resulting award will be a firm-fixed price contract, with the award being made to the responsive, responsible offeror whose proposal offers the best value to the government in terms of technical acceptability, price and past performance. Performance will cover a 12 month basic period plus four options year periods. This solicitation will be issued on or about 13 May 97 with proposals due on or about 19 Jun 97. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for this acquisition is 7349 with a small business size standard of $8.0 million.
