Training will be provided to six personnel for 80 hours at the Corpus Christi Army Depot. The government intends to negotiate solely with H.R. Textron, 25200 West Rye Canyon Road, Valencia, CA, due to the existence of proprietary engineering data and technical information. Simplified Acquisition procedures will be used.
