V -- The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Animal Damage Control (ADC), intends to acquire the lease of a Hughes 300C helicopter (without pilot), for approximately 400 hours per year, beginning date of award through September 30, 1997. Option to extend the contract period for an additional 2 year period, if needed. Firm-fixed price contract. The solicitation is to be released on or about May 5, 1997.
