This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. USZA92-97-Q-0012 is issued as the Request for Quotations (RFQ). For determining business size, the Standard Industrial Classification Code for this requirement is 7011. To be considered a small business under this code a concern, including its affiliates can have average annual receipts of $5 million. This procurement is unrestricted. CLIN 0001 -- Rental of 18 hotel rooms, double occupancy, for the period 16 May through 30 September 1997. Invoices shall be submitted monthly in original and three (3) copies to the Defense Accounting Office, Building 2-1120, ATTN: Commercial Accounts, Fort Bragg, NC 28307-5000 with one copy provided to the point of contact identified on the order.
