Project is located from approx. 650 feet east of Avenue C continuing east to College Drive on the south side of Cheyenne, Wyoming. Performance time is 144 calendar days. Estimated price range $500,000 to $1,000,000. Contractors submitting a bid for this project are strongly urged to attend the site showing planned for May 13, 1997.
