The project provides for minor construction, maintenance, repair to the existing facilitity and the installation of associated equipment. Work includes but is not limited to the following: Upgrade and expansion of sales area with a new ceiling and tile floors, replacement of shelving, new decor package, lighting upgrade with energy efficient lamps and electronic ballasts, construction of an administrative area and bakery area, replacement of refrigeration equipment including piping and compression racks, change existing refrigerant, replace refrigeration monitor control system (RMCS), and replace impact doors at various locations to maintain the sales area environmental condition. Miscellaneous repairs throughout the facility will also be accomplished. The magnitude of work is between $2,000,000 and $3,000,000. Project completion is 12 months. Bid guarantee is required.
