Z -- REMODEL THREE (3) BUILDINGS AT BEALE AFB SOL F04666-97-B0016 POC Contact Point, TSgt Judy McDonough, 916/634-3310, Contracting Officer, Larry Fox, 916/634-3309 Furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and operations as required to perform the following work under one contract: Perform all asbestos abatement and completely gut approximately 18,000 square feet of interior space on the third floor of building 2145. Construct all new interior walls, floor finishes and ceiling, as well as mechanical duct systems and electrical, and repair existing air handlers. Install new wet pipe riser, pump and sprinkler system. Also, perform all necessary asbestos abatement and partially remove wall, floor,and ceiling finishes as well as electrical and mechanical systems in buildings 2440 and 2442 (approximately 8,000 s.f. total). Install new wall, floor, and ceiling finishes and partially replace lighting system. Install fire detection system. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 1 May 97 -- at no charge until supply is exhausted. All requests shall be on letter size stationary only.
