transportation and supervision required to replace hangar doors at USCG
Air Station Detroit, MI. Work includes but is not limited to: 1. Remove
and replace one 77ft X 19'-10" rolling bi-parting hangar door; 2.
Remove hangar door rail system (including approx. 3.2 cy of cement
grout, C3X4.1 channels, and ASCE 12 lb/yd rails and replace with new
C3X4.1 channels, ASCE 20 lb/yd rails and cement grout; 3. Remove and
replace the entire existing htg systems for hangar door rails with new;
4. Remove and replace the existing door operating system with new; and
5. Test hangar doors for hazardous levels of lead paint using the TCLP
test method. Unit Bid Item: Dispose of hangar door in a certified
landfill. Estimated Range $100-250K. Performance Period is 180 calendar
