The work includes the removal of existing gravel surface, identification and removal of all damaged existing roof system, and application of a new sprayed polyurethane foam roofing, with new gravel covering all horizontal surfaces, and specified coating to protect all protrusions and areas as described by the drawings. Contractors must have all required state and local licenses for this type of work in the above-stated area. The estimated cost of this project is between $230,000 and $250,000 with completion within 90 calendar days after Notice to Proceed.
