Bid opening date of 16 June 1997 is only an estimated date. The performance period is 150 calendar days. In general, the works consist of installing double check and reduced pressure backflow Preventers on existing buildings. Outdoor locations will require an enclosure. The facilities to be included in the Base Bid include Buildings: 55, 78, 110, 421, 432, 443, 860, 954, 963, 991, 1343, 1345, 10998, 50515, 50523 and 50509. Option #1 shall include Buildings: 200, 452, 650, 50519, 50525, 50502, Bath (at Prison). Option #2 shall include Buildings: 121, 424, 867, 907, 926, and 1247. Estimated dollar range is between $100,000 and $250,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid that shall be considered by the agency.
