Dawson (502) 798-7857 (Site Code DAKF23) Work includes the following: remove and replace circuit breakers, 15kv 600 amps 3 ph 7200 volts with wires, insulators, equipment mounts, etc., at 11th Street Substation; test all furnished equipment and accessories with existing complete network, groundings, meterings, etc.; remove and disconnect existing 12.47/7.2 kv 3-phase primary and neutral, aerial; install new 4/0 ACSR with armless constructions between 1st Street and 6th Street at Campbell Army Airfield; remove and disconnect primary from Wickham Avenue to Morgan Road and install new 4/0 ACSR conductors with armless constructions; repair/replace cut-outs, lightning arresters, insulators, poles, crossarms, etc.; construct new grounding stations, groundwires as per NEC 1996. Existing pole mounted transformers, secondary service drops, etc., shall remain. SIC Code is 1731/$7.0 Million. The estimated dollar range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this acquisition is Unrestricted; however, solicitation will contain the clause 252.219-7006 Evaluation Preference for SDB Concerns.
