The goal is for a 10 percent reduction in energy costs while maintaining equal or improved system performance with verification. This project is for two (2) barracks buildings. Period of performance is 360 days after notice to proceed is issued. Project will be conducted in three (3) phases, with the outcome of each determining the effort required in the next phase. SIC is 1711. Magnitude of work is between $100,000 and $250,000. This requirement is being conducted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program under full and open competition.
