is Origin. ANSI/ISO/ASQC Q9002 or equivalent inspection criteria
required. First Article Test is required. Proposed contract is a 100
percent small business set-aside. A license agreement between Karl H.
Hoie & Co., A/S and Engineered Air Systems and the US requires the
items procured to be manufactured in the US, Canada & Territories. US
means the 50 states and the District of Columbia. The successful
offeror under this solicitation agrees to manufacture the items, being
procured under this contract, within the US, Canada, & Territories.
All or part of this action is an unfunded FY97 requirement. Estimated
issue date of this solicitation is 050697. Any award resulting from
this solicitation will be a three-year requirements contract in
accordance with FAR 16.503 for various spare parts in support of the
M17 Decontamination Apparatus to include Hose Assemblies, Tube
Assemblies, a Suction Strainer, and Injector Assy, a Shower Assy and a
Cleaning Gun. Contractors are hereby notified of the following
requirement: In order to receive the solicitation/technical data
package, all contractors are required to execute a Nondisclosure
Agreement binding contractors to the terms and conditions of the
agreement. Copies of the Nondisclosure Agreement shall be requested
from the following address: Director, ACALA, ATTN: AMSTA-AC-PCH-A/Cindy
Ahrens, Rock Island, IL 61299-7630. The Nondisclosure Agreement must be
signed by an official authorized to legally bind the company. Upon
execution of the Nondisclosure Agreement, return an original copy,
certified mail to the above address. Nondisclosure statements will be
available prior to the issuance of the solicitation and contractors are
encouraged to request and complete the above requirement as soon as
possible. Failure to properly address requests for solicitations in
accordance with this CBD notice will result in non-receipt of the
solicitation package. Failure to properly address bids/offers in
accordance with solicitation instructions may result in a late bid
which cannot be considered. Written, fax or electronic requests for
solicitation packages are accepted. No telephone requests will be
honored. Requests for copies of this solicitation should include your
commercial and government entity (CAGE) (if a CAGE code has been
assigned to you) along with your name, address, datafax number, and

Electronic requests may be accepted through the Automated Acquisition
Information System (AAIS). All ACALA solicitations are available for
viewing/downloading, in addition to procurement history, via the AAIS.
The AAIS can be accessed electronically, 24 hours a day, using a modem
set to dial (309)782-7648. Terminal emulation should be VT100, no
parity, 8 data bits and 1 stop bit. Once connected, enter "aais" at the
"LOGIN" prompt. At the "PASSWORD" prompt depress the "ENTER" key. If
electronic means is not possible, procurement history will be
