This is an "ALL OR NONE" solicitation/award. A contract will be awarded to the offeror who submits the lowest aggregate offer. A Firm-Fixed Price Definite Delivery Definite Quantity type contract is anticipated. Place of performance is F.O.B Destination, UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., R. D. #5, Lewisburg, PA 17837. Delivery will be made by July 1, 1997 and contractor must install equipment by July 7, 1997 and supervise training on July 8, 1997. Vendor will assure wrapping and packaging of material to prevent damage and shifting during shipment. The provision of FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors- Commercial, appliesto this acquisition.
