49 -- PAINT BOOTH AND CONVEYOR SYSTEM MODIFICATIONS. SOL N00174-94-C-0093 DUE 052997 POC Edna A. Gigon, Contract Specialist, 301-743-6682, Ruth D. Adams, Contracting Officer. The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Indian Head Division, Contracts Department intends to modify contract N00174-94-C-0093 to change the nylon mesh requirement to a metal deck for the paint booth and conveyor system which is currently being designed and fabricated by the contractor. This modification also provides for the additional effort of installing the system. As the designer and fabricator it is in the Governments best interest for the contractor to also provide for installation. This contract action will be awarded under other than full and open competition under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
