C -- A/E SERVICES TO UPGRADE BOILER CONTROLS SOL RFP 460-14-97 DUE 052097 POC Judi A. Graziano, Contracting Officer (302)633-5367 Furnish A/E Services to Upgrade Boiler Controls. This project will replace the existing obsolete Boiler Combustion System including upgrading the existing control center to provide complete monitoring and control capability of all critical utility systems. Services include a report, contract drawings, specifications, cost estimates and construction period services as required for analysis and replacement of existing boiler controls, existing burners and control center. This requires a knowledge of Civil/Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture and removal of hazardous material. The construction range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Interested firms must submit an SF 254 and 255 by close of business May 20, 1997 to the Contracting Officer at the Department of Veterans Affairs, 1601 Kirkwood Highway in Wilmington, Delaware. All responsible sources may submit their qualifications which will be considered. This project is subject to the availability of Fiscal Year 1997 funds. (0104)
