The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interests and capabilitiy to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive roposals, however, all proposals received within fifteen days will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. FISC San Diego intends to award to RIX Industries a contract for the following items; two (2) each Upgrade Kits for RIX Model 30A compressor P/N 204-1002, one (1) each Upgrade Kit for a RIX Model 30A compressor P/N 203-1002, Three (3) each Crankshafts Modified for the upgrade of the RIX Model 30A Compressor P/N 5-D2349-1M, one (1) each Bearing Plate P/N S10DA-826 for the upgrade of the RIX Model 30A compressor, two (2) each Bearing Plate P/N 38-B5317-1 for the upgrade of the RIX Model 30A Compressor.
