Catered Food Service -- Amendment 0002 -- The purpose of this Amend is to answer Contractor asked questions: 1. What size meat portions for breakfast and dinner? Breakfast 4 ounces and dinner is 6 ounces. 2. When 2 entrees are provided, are the Marines allowed a choice of each or are they allowed to take both? If they are allowed to take only 1 choice, do we cook 50% of each and let the meal figure itself out? When 2 entrees are provided, the first time through the line, everyone only gets one serving of one or the other entree. After everyone has been served, they may help themselves to extra portions. 3. The proceeding question and answer also applies to vegetables. 4. Does the Contractor supply supervisory personnel and the Government supply the bulk labor? Correct, Caterer provides supervisory personnel and USMC provides messmen and personnel to help set up. (0104)
