U -- REQUIREMENT FOR CONFERENCE ROOMS SOL MDA410-97-R-0003 POC Ms. Liedel, 703/696-3843 ext. 4111 The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) has a requirement for Conference/meeting rooms, lodging, a lunch plan, and audiovisual equipment for the Leadership Academy training/conference July 28-August 1, 1997 for 118 individuals. Meeting rooms shall accommodate 150 participants with large round tables for 4-6 people. Three additional break-out rooms are required to accommodate 35 people. The hotel shall be located within a 20 mile radius of Dullas International Airport.
