The project consists of constructing approximately 24,900 square feet of steel sheet pile flood wall with anchor piles and approximately 2,400 square yards of gravel service road. Additional features of the project include dredging and disposal of approximately 8,300 cubic yards of soil within the new channel to -5 feet MLLW plus 1 foot allowable over depth, fabrication and installation of approximately 745 linear feet of concrete pile cap with steel handrail, and miscellaneous concrete work, chain link fencing, rip-rap, and storm drain modifications. Job location Petaluma River Channel, Sonoma County, California. The estimated cost of Project is between $1,000,000 to 500,000-Firm Fixed Price Contract. The Standard Industrial Code is 1629 and the annual size standard is $13.5 million. Contract duration is approximately 180 calendar days. Commence 3 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages will be assessed for each day the contractor fail to complete the work in the time allowed. Payment and Performance bonds are required.
