The project consists of furnishing all manpower, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to design and construct a new United States Postal Service Mail Processing Annex of approximately 74,000 square feet on a postal owned site of approximately 10 acres located on Downing Road near Grove Street, Fayetteville, North Carolina, in accordance with plans and specifications. The work includes, but not limited to: design services, site demolition and preparation, paving, structural, mechanical, electrical, roofing, and fire protection. Exterior walls will be precast (plant-cast) or tilt-up (site-cast) concrete insulated wall panels. Material handling system is not required in this facility. Time of completion: All work must be completed within 280 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed (NTP). Estimated Cost Range is: $3.5M to $4M. Pre-proposal conference and walk through will be conducted. The cost of the plans and specifications for the above project is $100 per set. This charge is non-refundable.
