The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Osage Industrial Park Road, Project No. G00-4193(1)G,S, begins about 3 miles north of Hominy, Oklahoma, west of State Highway (S.H.) 99, in the Osage Nation Industrial Park, near the southeast corner of Section 13, T23N, R8E, of the Indian Base and Meridian, and extends easterly about 0.77 mile, past S.H. 99D to S.H. 99. This project consists of grade, drain, culvert installation, curb & gutter, water and gas lines, constructing aggregate base, 8" thick asphalt paving, signing, fencing, seeding, and striping on 0.77 mile of roadway. The estimated cost of construction is between $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. Request bid documents on or after April 21, 1997. Section 7(b) of Public Law 93-638 (25 U.S.C. 450(e) and 41 CFR 14-1.354 requires preference opportunities in employment and training be given to Indian/Alaska Native Individuals and that preference in the award of subcontractors be given to Indian/Alaska Native Economic Enterprises.
