The work includes the furnishing of all labor, material and equipment required to provide additions and alteratations to the Bar of the Silver State Officer's Club, Building 324, consisting of construction of a single-story concrete masonry addition of approximately 1,500 square feet, interior renovations to the existing building, demolition, paving, other site improvements and all associated work authorized by the Contracting Officer. The contract duration is approximately 120 days and the estimated cost range of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Solicitation packages will be available approximately May 5, 1997.
