The successful offeror must have the ability to deliver and make operational, the equipment offered within ten (10) days of contract award (June 2, 1997). The solicitation is scheduled to be available April 21,1997. Bids must be submitted by May 8, 1997 by 1530 EST. Award is scheduled for May 23, 1997. Proposals shall be sent to the Contracting Officer listed in block 11 addressed at block 7. Two seperate proposals will be required. One for the technical proposal and one for the pricing proposal.
