Provide, deliver, and install one 24' X 60' trailer to a site located at Rosecrans Memorial Airport, St. Joseph, MO. The functional design of the facility will be in accordance with established applicable codes for temporary structures. It shall be complete with electrical power, lighting, plumbing, HVAC, interior and exterior walls, windows, doors, toilet, and emergency lighting. Installation requires electrical hookup, leveling, tie downs, and skirting. Facility will meet all specifications in the SOW and floor plan. The floor plan shows location of electrical receptacles and light switches. A submittal for Materials will be required for certain items and will be included in the Bid Package. The Bid Package will also include the SOW and floor plan.
