The General Organization for Greater Cairo Water Supply (GOGCWS), in the Arab Republic of Egypt, requests bids from U.S. firms who can qualify through experience in providing the required compressed gases. The compressed gases consist of multiple containers of carbon dioxide, helium, 10% methane in argon, oxygen, and nitrous oxide in accordance with CGA specifications and specified grades and purity for each type or gas. Gases will be used at the GOGCWS water treatment plant laboratories. Compressed gases are to be furnished and delivered to CIP Destination Alexandria, Arab Republic of Egypt. Bidder must have representation for supply of spare parts and service in the Arab Republic of Egypt and must bid on all of the items specified. A Fixed Price Host Country Contract with GOGCWS is anticipated. Payment will be made in U.S. Dollars by USAID/Cairo through a direct letter of commitment under USAID Grant No. 263-1093.
