The Marine Corps Systems Command intends to award a contract to Progressive Data Systems, Inc., 3896 Lansing Court, Dumfries, VA 22026 for commercial services. These commercial services are for the system design and prototyping phase for the implementation of Command Automated Program/Information Systems (CAPS) throughout MARCORSYSCOM, which allows acquisition personnel quick access to various standardized document templates for the simplified creation of project specific documents. PDS has been customizing and Beta Testing a similar system within MARCORSYSCOM for the past two years. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Written responses shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. A solicitation is not available. No telephonic requests will be accepted.
