Industries, Inc intends to enter into a one (1) year with two (1 year)
option Fixed Price Indefinite delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Type
Contract for Cloth, Drill Cotton, Type III, unbleached, width finished:
55" to 56" wide, Class 2, Style T-178. Total Estimated quantity: 29,110
yards. Minimum guaranteed quantity 2,911 yds. FOB Destination to the
following location(s) USP Atlanta, GA, FCI Ft. Dix, NJ and USP Terre
Haute, IN. Delivery time requirement is 30 days after receipt of
delivery order. Cloth cotton fabric is to be finished for heat seal
patches. Cloth must be coated on one side with a silver-gray vinyl
abrasion resistant compound, and coated on the reverse side with a
translucent, white, heat sealable polyester coating of high tenacity.
Put on 200 yard rolls. All material must be in accordance with Federal
Specification CCC-C-426D, dated August 12, 1970 and USPS-P-376A, May
7, 1979, with changes 1, 2 and 3. Bid sample maybe required. Please

performance will be valued at 50%, Price 25% and Specification 25%. All
