This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F4169197Q0606 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-43. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business. The SIC code is 7371, Computer Programming Services; size standard $18.0. Requirement is for the automation of civilian personnel forms (78 ea). It is the intent of the Government to award a contract on a sole source basis to Economic Systems Inc., Springfield VA pursuant to FAR 6.302. Interested parties capable of providing the above must submit written price and technical proposals, and provide firm evidence of their ability to perform. All responses will be fully considered. Award will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures; evaluation procedures IAW Far 13.106-2 will be used.
