The Agricultural Research Service is conducting market research to identify small business firms as prospective offerors to provide personnel, material, equipment, etc., to pick up, package, transport, treat and dispose of hazardous chemical wastes from the Beltsville Agricultural Research Center (BARC), Beltsville, MD., Glenn Dale, MD., and the U.S. National Arboretum (USNA), Washington D. C. Services shall include hydrolysis, decontamination (if necessary), analysis (quantification and identification of organic/inorganic chemicals), emergency response (releases, spill cleanups or emergencies). Expressions of interest and capability statements are being solicited from qualified individuals or contractors meeting the criteria for a 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. That is, an individual/contractor who shall have had no more than 6.0 million dollars average annual receipts for the preceding 3 fiscal years. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 4953.
