RESPONDING TO A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL SEMINAR: BROOKLYN PARK, MN ON MAY 12TH AND 13TH, 1997 Minnesota Project Innovation, Inc. is hosting a two day seminar "Responding to RFP's" on May 12th and May 13th, 1997, at the Best Western Northwest Inn and Conference Center in Brooklyn Park, MN, from 8:00-4:30 p.m. This intensive seminar will provide valuable steps and proven techniques to enable businesses to be more successful in proposal preparation. The seminar will guide attendees through the steps required to understand the RFP, prepare and submit a compliant and winning proposal. This course is being presented by Mr. Bennie Gonzales, who is a group leader for the Los Alamos National Laboratory in MN. Mr. Gonzales is an expert at proposal preparation and has been involved at both writing and awarding proposals.
