Work involves constructing petroleum storage tanks and the related distribution facility for aviation fuel. Included are two 7,500 barrel steel tanks, concrete containment dikes, masonry control buildings, mechanical transfer pumps, high pressure piping, concrete aircraft parking stands, vehicle load/unload facilities, and the related underground distribution system to the aircraft parking ramp.
