Job Order Contract (JOC) for a broad range of maintenance, repair, and minor construction projects located primarily at Toledo ANGB, Swanton, Ohio with potential for other Ohio ANG bases. The JOC will be a competitively bid, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity contract. The JOC is a collection of detailed projects that have pre-established unit prices. Work is accomplished by issuing individual purchase orders against the contract. Purchase orders are placed with the contractor for the accomplishment of repair, alteration, modernization, maintenance, rehabilitation and construction of infrastructure, buildings, structures, or other real property. The contractor will be required to furnish all materials, equipment and personnel necessary to manage and accomplish the tasks. The duration of the contract will initially be for (12) months, with options for (4) four one-year extensions. The minimum guaranteed amount for any one year is $5,000. The maximum amount for the entire contract is $5,000,000. This solicitation is unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1542. The applicable small business size standard including affiliates is no more than $17.0 Million average annual revenue for the previous three years. Solicitation packages will be available on or about May 12, 1997. Bid opening is scheduled for on or about June 11, 1997 at 1:00 PM EST.
